Some Frequently Asked Questions:-

Q – Will tenants be credit checked?

A – Tenants will have to pass Experien credit checks undertaken by a referencing agency. If tenants fail credit checks we will ask for a homeowner guarantor to be provided.

Q – What is the income required?

A – We require that the tenants earn a minimum combined income of the monthly rent, multiplied by 30.

Q – What other checks will be carried out?

A – Tenants will be required to give a minimum of 3 years employment and address history. Previous landlords and letting agents will also be contacted.
